Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 2-5 business days to prepare your products. The processing time is separate from the shipping time. Kindly note a small number of orders may still need between 7-10 business days depending on stock availability.
We need extra 1-3 business days to prepare your orders, do strict quality-control tests, thorough disinfection, and carefully packed.
Shipping time: Generally, for Standard Shipping which will take 15-30 business days for your orders to reach you, some distance area might take even longer. If you need items in hurry, please contact us for another delivery method(Express Shipping 3 – 10 business days) which needs extra fee.
Our system will send you notification emails once your parcel is stated to be shipped out, we appreciate your kind understanding. And delivery time may vary, especially during the peak periods, it will be processed as soon as possible.
If the package does not arrive in time, please contact us within 6 months after delivery and our agent will respond to you within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
